Packaging and product design are some of Anna’s favorite projects to work on. They often leave room for a lot of imagination and are very satisfying when they are completed.

This project’s goal was to create three cohesive pieces for restaurant. These pieces included a menu, table tent, and gift card. My inspiration was the old wild west. I made the menu to look like an old, faded, weathered map. I used Adobe Illustrator to create the artwork and InDesign to format the pieces.

I took inspiration from a Bigelow Ginger Peach Tea package when designing this tea box. I designed not only the art and layout but the actual package itself. I used Illustrator to create the art and to create the dieline. Being spatially aware of how much box coverage I had and making all the elements fit on that area proved challenging. This was a neat project to work on.
